Thanks so much for all of your help in selling our home. As you know, we had taken advice from realtors we had listed with in the past that put us at a great disadvantage and did not sell our home. When we came to you, we had been on the market a while, and you had quite a challenge ahead of you. You were able to quickly turn the situation around and generate considerable interest in our property again. 
 
I so much appreciated your honesty in what had to be done to sell the home. Your experience allows you to quickly examine a property and determine an appropriate asking price. This is a crucial skill to have, as pricing a property too high can turn off potential buyers and pricing it too low can lose money for the seller. 
 
You were always pleasant and professional and worked very hard to get the job done. We had some potential buyers who were, in my opinion, unreasonable and difficult to work with, but you remained calm and professional while dealing with them. 
 
You are an excellent salesman. Almost every potential buyer that you personally showed the property to expressed serious interest. We had not had a single second showing the entire time we were on the market until we listed with you. We immediately got six in one month. 
 
I just wish I had listed with you in the beginning. I know I would have saved a lot of time, money, and worry. I can now get on with my life and not have to worry about my vacant house that is not selling!
